SHOP POLICIES

It is our goal at Rachel Cook Creative that you love your artwork and purchases when they arrive, therefore, lots of love and care goes into preparing every piece of artwork and its packaging. Please review our shop policies below to ensure that you are comfortable and familiar with our processes and to learn how we can help you.


RETURN POLICY

Rachel Cook Creative does not accept returns on original artwork.

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, once the product has been purchased, it cannot be returned. If the artwork were to arrive damaged or another issue with the product were to present itself, please contact us via e-mail within a week of receiving the package.


SHIPPING POLICY

Rachel Cook Creative currently ships only to the U.S.

All items ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates include insurance in order to help you receive your artwork promptly and securely.

All items ship within 1-3 business days, and items typically arrive within 1-2 business days of the shipping date.


WHAT IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take care to package your products to arrive safely; however, once the package has left our care, we are not responsible for any mishandling or damage incurred on behalf of the USPS. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via e-mail within seven days of receiving the package to address the issue.


I DAMAGED MY ARTWORK AFTER RECEIVING IT.

Rachel Cook Creative is not responsible for any damage incurred to the artwork on your behalf. Please be sure to handle your artwork with care - originals are just that - one of a kind! If you would be interested in purchasing a replacement piece or remake, please contact us to see if this is something we could take on at the time. Of course, a remake cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same.


MY ARTWORK WAS NOT DELIVERED/LOST/STOLEN.

If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check your order confirmation to ensure that you input the correct address. Mistakes happen! If you have input the incorrect address, check with your local post office first to see if the package has been returned. If the package is returned to Rachel Cook Creative, we would be happy to resend the package, but asks that you pay the cost of shipping to resend.

If the address is correct but not delivered, or the package is lost or stolen, unfortunately it is out of our hands, and you will need to contact USPS to handle the issue.
